I recommend keeping your IHD powered on and close to the meter when you make the call and for the 48 hours afterwards, since this improves the chances of the command getting through.

You'll want to ask them to run the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration against the Electricity meter and this should force both the meter and your IHD to pull down the missing data. This causes a timer to be left active and NOT properly reset resulting in a timeout popup to be displayed even when a user is actively using the application. If you did not hit your seed (check with the coin flip app) then you enter in the delay you did hit into the corresponding box, then update the timer and try again until you hit. Root Cause The CPMInteractionPortalHeader gets refreshed when launching a new interaction. Then, you start the game from the DS menu or soft reset when the first timer reaches 0, then start the game from the games start menu when the second timer goes off.
